Package includes savings at: Allen Premium Outlets, Billy Bob's Texas, Galleria Dallas, Grapevine Mills, Macy's, NorthPark Center, Outlets at Hillsboro, Rigmar Mall, Sundance Square, Valley View Center and Lincoln Square.
How it Works: Purchasing your package is easy! Just choose a package, date, number in your party and purchase. Your Eticket is to be used for redemption. Details on how to redeem your package will be included with your Eticket.

Can I redeem a package without an Eticket? -- An Eticket must be presented along with government-issued ID in order to redeem a package. One Eticket per party.
Can I use the package on any other day of our stay? -- Yes. Your reservation date can be the day of use or the first day of your stay. All packages should be redeemed before your departure.
Can I use different parts of the package inclusions on different days? -- Yes. Since all parts of the package are included upon redemption you can divide your use of them over the course of your stay. For example, your package includes a special discount at 2 different stores or a shopping discount and a spa service. Shop one day, spa another.
Can I get a refund for any unused portion of the package? -- There are no refunds for unused portions of the package. There are no refunds for unused packages once purchased.
Must I reserve my package in advance? -- Your reservation on this website reserves the package in general.
Must I reserve parts of my packages in advance? -- Once purchased there may be some components of your package that require advance reservations, i.e. Spa appointments or appointments with personal shoppers and or transportation via shuttles. This information will be provided on your Eticket.
Tips and Gratuities
Are tips and gratuities included for services rendered that have that expectation, i.e. a spa treatment, meals or beverages? -- Tips and gratuities are not included. Tipping is at your discretion.
Are tips included for drivers of shuttle services included in some of the packages? -- Tips are not included for shuttle drivers. Tipping is at your discretion.

There are no refunds. All sales are final.
If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.
